Advisor We do the Work
From getting systems live to keeping them sharp, we align technology, process, and people into one cohesive ecosystem.
Is your ATS | HRIS delivering its full potential?
Most teams are only using a fraction of what their people systems can do. If any of these sound like your day-to-day, there's real value being left on the table.
Scattered candidate & employee data
Records live in spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected tools — no single source of truth for your people data.
Manual, repetitive workflows
Offer letters, onboarding tasks, and approvals still move by hand, eating hours your team doesn't have.
Reporting you can't trust
Headcount, time-to-fill, and turnover metrics take days to pull — and leadership questions the numbers.
Systems that don't talk to each other
Your ATS, HRIS, payroll, and IT tools operate in silos, forcing double entry and creating data drift.
Low adoption after launch
The platform is live, but managers work around it because nobody was trained on how it actually helps them.
A stack that won't scale
What worked at 50 employees is cracking at 150 — and you're not sure whether to fix, replace, or rebuild.
Recognize your team in any of these? Let's talk about it →

What you gain with a well-run ATS | HRIS
When your people systems are set up right, every team feels it — not just HR.
| Business need | ATS | HRIS advantage |
|---|---|
| One source of truth for people data | Candidate and employee records flow through a single connected system — no duplicate entry, no version confusion. |
| Faster, more consistent hiring | Structured pipelines, automated scheduling, and scorecards cut time-to-fill and keep every candidate experience on-brand. |
| Onboarding that runs itself | New-hire tasks, provisioning, and paperwork trigger automatically the moment an offer is accepted. |
| Reporting leadership actually trusts | Live dashboards for headcount, turnover, and recruiting metrics — pulled in minutes, not days. |
| A stack that scales with headcount | Workflows, permissions, and integrations architected to grow from 50 to 500 employees without a rebuild. |
Make your ATS | HRIS the system your team actually relies on.
Whether you're selecting, implementing, or untangling — we'll meet you where you are and do the work.
Questions we hear a lot
What's the difference between an ATS and an HRIS?
An ATS (applicant tracking system) manages your hiring funnel — job postings, candidates, interviews, and offers. An HRIS (human resources information system) is your system of record once someone is hired — employee data, onboarding, time off, payroll connections, and compliance. They work best when they're connected, which is exactly what we help with.
How long does an ATS or HRIS implementation take?
It depends on the platform and the state of your data. A focused ATS setup can be live in 3–6 weeks. A full HRIS implementation with data migration, integrations, and training typically runs 8–14 weeks. During Discovery & Audit we'll give you a realistic timeline before any work begins.
We already have systems in place. Can you work with what we have?
Absolutely — that's what our System Optimization & Analytics service is for. Most of the time the platform isn't the problem; the configuration is. We'll audit what you have, restructure workflows, clean up data, and often save you the cost of a replacement.
Are you tied to specific vendors?
No. Our People Tech Selection process is vendor-neutral — we run evaluations, demos, and scorecards based on your requirements and budget, and we recommend what fits your team, not what pays a referral fee.
Can our ATS and HRIS integrate with the tools we already use?
In nearly every case, yes. Modern platforms offer native integrations and APIs for payroll, background checks, e-signature, calendars, Slack, and IT provisioning. We architect and test these connections as part of every implementation so data flows automatically between systems.
What happens to our existing data during a migration?
We clean it before it moves. Legacy candidate and employee records are audited, de-duplicated, and validated, then mapped into your new platform. Nothing goes live until the data has been verified — so you launch with records you can trust.
How do you make sure our team actually uses the new system?
Adoption is built into the process, not bolted on. We deliver role-based training for recruiters, managers, and admins, document your workflows in plain language, and stay embedded after launch to answer questions and fine-tune as your team settles in.
Do you offer support after the system goes live?
Yes. Our Optimize & Advise stage keeps us embedded with fractional People Ops leadership as you grow — ongoing optimization, new automations, reporting improvements, and guidance as your headcount and needs evolve.
What size companies do you work with?
Any company modernizing its HR tech stack — from early-stage, VC-backed startups making their first HR hire through large, established organizations. We've run this playbook for teams as early as a first People hire and for enterprises like Bridgewater Associates and Biogen; the work scales to where you are.
